How to cancel Max
- Sign in at max.com in a browser, open your profile, then Subscription under Settings.
- Check who bills you on the subscription screen. If Max bills you directly, choose Cancel subscription.
- Confirm through the prompts, declining the switch-to-ads or discount offers if you want a full cancellation.
- If you pay through Apple, Google, Amazon, or a TV and internet provider, cancel in that provider's subscription settings instead.
